This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the agreement between you and seoitsocial LTD and describes our privacy practices concerning your Personal Data. Your Personal Data includes any data about you that specifically identifies you as an individual and information about your activities when directly linked to personally identifiable information.
 
On our side, we control the ways of collecting your Personal Data and determine the goals for which Personal Data is used. 2. Collection and Usage

Because we provide a broad scope of business activities, we process the personal data of several kinds of data subjects. We use the personal data you disclosed to us, or we received from other sources.  Below we provide you with a description of the personal data collection process depending on the types of data subjects.
 
The first includes the visitors to the seoitsocial website. The personal data provided by you we get during your use of our services (including, in particular, the website https://www.seoitsocial.com/). 
 
The other data subjects whose personal data we may process include individuals – business contact persons (representatives of business contacts), who may be interested in our services, for direct marketing purposes. Based on our legitimate interest – direct marketing activities,  we may obtain personal data from other sources, such as public databases, social media platforms, open web sources etc. If we communicate with you via the social media platform using a social media account (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta or X), we may receive personal data, such as name, surname, business/occupation, etc. Please, take into account that any personal information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account’s privacy settings. We’ll provide you with the ability to let us know that you do not want to receive marketing information from us, so if you are not interested in establishing a business relationship with us, you may inform us about that, and we will not contact you anymore. 
 
Also, we process the personal data of our counterparties, current, former or potential (including, among others, employees, customers, suppliers, and contractors). Such personal data includes information about individuals – contact persons and/or authorised representatives of the legal entities, as well as personal data of sole traders, private entrepreneurs and other kinds of businesses provided by the individual without establishing the legal entity. And, of course, what is typical, we process the personal data of our employees –  prospective, current, and former, to comply with the legal requirements.

By general rule, we do not share your Personal Data with other companies, organisations, or individuals. By way of exception, we may share your Personal Data when we have a reasonable assumption that access, use, storage, or disclosure of the personal information is reasonably necessary to:

  • enforce the applicable law, investigating possible violations including;

If the Controller is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any Personal Data and notify affected Customers before Personal Data is transferred or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

We may share your Personal Data with service providers we need to engage for the service provision. Such service providers may include, among others, bank and financial institutions, telecommunication service providers, data storage providers; IT service providers or software developers, accounting, bookkeeping and audit service providers.

If we use third-party vendors to perform certain services on our behalf, such as hosting the site or application, analytics, or other services, such third-party vendors may collect or have access to information about you (e.g. information automatically collected through tracking technologies). Please recognise that we and/or our vendors may store this information and share this information with third parties as necessary to provide you with our services.

5. Data storage

In general, we minimise the processing and transferring of your personal data, but in some cases, we may transfer your personal data and other related information to third parties across borders, which may include transferring data from your country to other countries or jurisdictions. Be sure, that we do everything possible to comply with applicable data protection regulations and to provide adequate protection for the transfer of personal data from the EU to third parties. For example, we shall enter into the standard contractual clauses under the EU requirements with data processor(s). 
 
We shall use all reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, misuse or deletion. During Personal Data processing, we use all the necessary security features to protect your Personal Data. Only we and the individuals authorised by us and directly involved in Service provision are allowed immediate access to your personal information. Such persons will strictly enforce confidentiality and prevent unauthorised third parties from accessing your personal information.

The period of processing and storage of Personal Data is 6 (six) years after the end of the current tax year in which your last activities/end of service lifecycle. This is necessary for bookkeeping purposes, as well as to comply with applicable tax/income laws, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements or other legal obligations under the legislation of England and Wales.
 
Your Personal Data will be stored by us under applicable data protection laws to the extent necessary for processing outlined in this Privacy Policy (please take a look at the “Collecting and Processing Personal Data” section). We will subsequently delete your Personal Data by our policies or take steps to appropriately ensure data anonymity unless we are required by law to retain your Personal Data for a longer period (e.g. for legal, tax, accounting, or auditing purposes).
